Medical Care is offered through Kii Health. This online platform connects you with licensed doctors, nurses, and specialists from across Canada. You can receive advice, prescriptions, referrals, lab requests, and more without leaving home. This service is accessible through live chat, video, or audio, during the day, evenings, and weekends.
How Medical Care Supports You
Everyday health needs
Colds and flu, coughs, rashes, allergies, headaches, joint pain, back pain, COVID exposure, women’s health, men’s health, sexual health, and child and infant care.
Prescriptions and refills
Receive new prescriptions or renewals that are sent directly to the pharmacy of your choice.
Sick notes and lab work
Request sick notes, get requisitions for blood work or other tests, and review your results with a clinician.
Referrals to specialists
Access a national network of more than twenty thousand specialists across Canada without lengthy waiting periods.

How to Access

Log in to your Kii Health account at kiihealth.ca

If you are new, click Register and complete your information. Account creation takes less than a minute.
- When registering, you will need to enter an access code provided by the BCCA Employee Benefit Trust. This code gives you access to the service at no cost.

After logging in, you will arrive at the Kii Health home page.

Click on the Medical Care tile.

Fill in the required information about your concern.

Select how you would like to connect: live chat, video, or audio.

You will be matched with a clinician who will review your needs and provide your care plan.

Will anyone know I am using Kii Health?
All services are confidential within the limits of the law. We will not disclose any information about you or your family to anyone without your consent.
How can I be sure this service will be right for me?
Kii Health professionals are trained to deliver care with sensitivity to differences in culture, spiritual beliefs, language, disabilities, gender, and sexual orientation.
What is the cost?
There is no cost to use Kii Health. This program has been provided by the BCCA Employee Benefit Trust. If you need more specialized support that is not covered, a nurse will suggest an appropriate care plan and help you navigate other benefits or the public healthcare system.
Do I need to download an app?
There is no app to download! You can access Kii via a browser on your phone, computer or tablet. Creating an account takes less than a minute and our online experience is seamless and easy to navigate.
Minimum age requirement: Medical Care services are available to individuals 18 years and older. Dependents under 18 can still access the service, but the case must be opened by the employee. Employees under 18 can still access the service, but the case must be opened by a parent or legal guardian.
