The BCCA Employee Benefit Trust (EBT) is a leading provider and administrator of employee health and wellness benefits in the construction sector. We provide a responsive, helpful service with a focus on exceptional customer service and knowledgeable consultation. Our service model has endeared us to a very loyal and supportive client-base that truly understands what it takes to retain and recruit skilled and dedicated workforce.
The EBT is invested in the ongoing growth and success of the province’s construction industry. Together with our member-clients, the EBT ensures that these employers maintain their competitive edge when it comes to taking care of their employees.
The EBT is currently looking for two Account Management & Business Development people to contribute to the growth of the organization by nurturing prospects in the sales cycle from initial contact through end of sale. One position will be based in the North and one position in the Lower Mainland.
An independent and highly self-motivated professional, your strength is identifying and developing new strong and personable client relationships to meet our Business Development forecasts. You also have the proven ability to maintain steady sales growth and generate new business to add to our existing roster of long-standing members. By demonstrating a commitment to the Mission, Vision and Values that guide us as an organization, you will promote us and facilitate our continued respected reputation.
These positions will involve developing strong working relationships with current and prospective clients, strengthening connections with industry affiliations and fostering interactions with intermediary partners.
