Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP)

The Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP) is a confidential, employer-paid support service that helps employees and their families address personal, family, or work-related challenges before they impact health, relationships, or job performance.
EFAP services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, offering immediate and expert assistance whenever it is needed.

In industries where stress, demanding schedules, and physical work pressures are common, EFAP is a critical component of a comprehensive benefits plan and supports a safer, healthier, and more productive workplace.
